Talent Connect 

As the first in-person conference following a two-year hiatus due to the pandemic, LinkedIn sought to deliver a networking event to industry professionals that exuded a sense of novelty and distinctiveness. The aim was to provide attendees with a networking event that felt relatable and immersive. Instead of a traditional conference setting, LinkedIn strived to create a vibrant campus atmosphere where every corner offered valuable learning opportunities and engaging moments.

While talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, and networking remained key focal points, LinkedIn went the extra mile by incorporating activities and touch points that were not typically seen at such events. Attendees were treated to an array of experiences that encouraged them to dive in and fully engage. From showcasing the latest job trends and insights for talent acquisition and management to sharing inspiring messages from leaders, the event was designed to stimulate attendees’ curiosity and spark meaningful discussions.
