Scale: A Virtual Enterprise Summit
During 2020 and 2021 conferences and talks from industry leaders that may have otherwise been held in person quickly became virtual events. As a work management tool already used by small businesses and individuals, Asana wanted to continue to prove its enterprise credibility and to grow its enterprise customer base.
We accomplished this by hosting a 60-minute interactive virtual event showcasing in-depth case studies and tutorials of the Asana dashboard. Featuring CEO, Dustin Moskovitz, high profile stakeholders and even special guest, Learning and Business Guru, Amy Edmondson, the show was packed full of intriguing workplace and team collaboration data and insights.
To wrap the final video with a nice pretty bow, it was live hosted on a platform designed with Swoogo and included a real-time results poll and downloadable resources timed to key moments during the show. On top of that, attendees could post questions and schedule meetings with Asana team members—all of which pushed the limits of the platform resulting in an interactive virtual event that had never been done before.
My role included the oversight of all design and graphics, storyboarding the show and on-camera speaker direction during the filming, editing and sourcing show music.
