Meta Connect 2024
Meta Connect is where the future of tech unfolds, and this year was no exception. I worked directly with Mark Zuckerberg’s team to craft the visual narrative for his keynote address. My role was pivotal in showcasing the latest key features and software updates on the Meta Ray-Ban glasses.
I didn’t just contribute—I played an integral role in the success of the talk. Through meticulous storyboarding, animation, and creative video editing, I brought the glasses to life on the keynote stage. The goal was to amplify Mark’s message and elicit an audience response that went beyond intrigue; to get them buzzing with excitement, eager to get their hands on a pair. After all, a keynote presentation is more than just pretty visuals—it’s about weaving a narrative that showcases the potential of Meta’s technology, from AI to AR, and ultimately drives sales.

Influencer Integration
This year’s Meta Connect keynote was all about authenticity. Mark Zuckerberg wanted to ditch the overly-produced feel and bring in more raw, candid energy. That meant showcasing the latest tech through live demos, keeping it real and relatable.
To achieve this, we rolled up our sleeves and got hands-on. We filmed and edited many of the case study examples ourselves, giving them a genuine, “behind-the-scenes” vibe. And because Meta is all about social connection, we also sprinkled in some familiar faces—influencer, Haley Kalil and UFC champion, Brandon Moreno—who brought their own unique energy to the stage.
